With more than 15 years of experience across operations, logistics and personnel management within the offshore and energy sectors, Lisa brings a wealth of knowledge and industry expertise to the business.
Throughout her career, Lisa has successfully managed offshore personnel, coordinated global crew mobilisations, and supported the recruitment, development and performance management of employees. She has built a strong reputation for delivering effective personnel solutions across multiple projects and locations, helping clients ensure the right people are in the right roles at the right time.
