Her track record includes managing crews of over 350 personnel – and a fleet comprising over 60 assets – allowing her to build a strong industry network.
She is also highly experienced in technical recruiting and behavioural assessments, working closely with clients and candidates alike.

Most of his career has been spent in leadership positions as he’s consistently supported successful project delivery in regions around the world.
In recent years he’s primarily worked in a dual role, operating both onshore and offshore to manage assets, projects, technical training and competence.
Throughout, he has devoted time, energy and expertise to drive technical training and bring through new industry talent.

Thomas’ experience of subsea operations dates back more than 40 years and spans commercial diving, electronic workshop supervision – supporting efficient performance across a wide variety of subsea equipment and systems – and ROV field service delivery.
In recent years his contributions have ranged from participating in the start-up of a specialist subsea business, with a specific focus on ROV operations, training, troubleshooting, maintenance and piloting in the ROV arena.
Thomas plays an invaluable role in DRIFT Offshore’s client service delivery as he supports the development and provision of all technical training.

Electrical Technician
Brandon is a U.S. Air Force veteran with a strong technical background in precision electrical systems, cable assembly and subsea equipment integration.
His career began in the military as a Munitions Specialist, where he was responsible for the maintenance and testing of complex guidance and control systems, developing a meticulous approach to quality, reliability and documentation. He subsequently worked within the automotive industry with Honda before transitioning into the offshore energy sector.
As an Electrical Technician with DRIFT Offshore, Brandon has supported complex subsea projects through the installation, testing and commissioning of critical electrical systems and equipment. Combining experience gained from both the U.S. military and offshore operations, he brings extensive expertise in electrical integration, cable manufacturing, testing and quality assurance.
In his role as Service Manager, Brandon leads DRIFT's cable manufacturing division in partnership with Subsea Supplies, supporting the delivery of high-quality subsea cables, terminations and bespoke connectivity solutions for the offshore industry.
