Co-Founder and Director
With over a decade of subsea industry experience – in areas ranging from manufacturing to operations – Kyle possesses a unique skill set that helps to define our distinctive service model.
Most of his career has been spent in leadership positions as he’s consistently supported successful project delivery in regions around the world.
In recent years he’s primarily worked in a dual role, operating both onshore and offshore to manage assets, projects, technical training and competence.
Throughout, he has devoted time, energy and expertise to drive technical training and bring through new industry talent.

Co-Founder and Operations Director
Meghan has extensive recruitment and resourcing experience, having previously applied her knowledge and skills at energy sector organisations globally.
Her track record includes managing crews of over 350 personnel – and a fleet comprising over 60 assets – allowing her to build a strong industry network.
She is also highly experienced in technical recruiting and behavioural assessments, working closely with clients and candidates alike.
Meghan has put her experience and insights to use in developing our bespoke, and field-proven recruitment processes.

Keira applies her past experience in a client-facing role to provide professional support in key areas of DRIFT Offshore’s operations.
She works closely with Director Meghan Bowers daily to train and develop skills to help deliver on our business goals.
Keira is central to our everyday service offering to clients, applying her administrative skills in areas ranging from recruitment activities, crewing support and personnel management.
Thomas’ experience of subsea operations dates back more than 40 years and spans commercial diving, electronic workshop supervision – supporting efficient performance across a wide variety of subsea equipment and systems – and ROV field service delivery.
In recent years his contributions have ranged from participating in the start-up of a specialist subsea business, with a specific focus on ROV operations, training, troubleshooting, maintenance and piloting in the ROV arena.
Thomas plays an invaluable role in DRIFT Offshore’s client service delivery as he supports the development and provision of all technical training.
